《砂拉越报告》早前揭发，一马公司当时所注入的首笔10亿美元（约36亿美元）资金当中，有70%是用来协助沙地石油还债给母公司。《砂拉越报告》更揭露，这笔被挪用来还债的7亿美元（约25亿令吉）资金，最终是落入大马富豪刘特佐的公司。
