Busty model Martina Big gave up her high-flying career as an air hostess to pursue her dream of having a body like barbie. Martina has had a number of surgeries to blow her breasts up to a huge 32K, lip fillers to create a ‘trout pout’ mouth and procedures to narrow her waist legs and hips. The model from Bernkastel-Kues, Germany was encouraged to become a model by her boyfriend Michael at the age of 17 – when her breasts were already a size 32D. As a teenager she admired the big round boobs of Pamela Anderson – and dreamed of changing her shape to look like the surgically enhanced star.
