For her Lip Kit launch party in West Hollywood yesterday, Kylie gave off some serious power of Oz vibes with her new green dye job. It’s no secret that Kylie is a hair dye veteran and evidently it was time to take a walk on the green side. Kylie rocked an all-white ensemble with simple accessories that served as the perfect canvas to show off her new hair. She kept her roots dark and went for a graduated dye job which definitely contributes to a fierce look. I’m pretty sure Kylie can pull off any color at this point, but I hope she’s using some color treatment and wigs because dye shows no mercy on your hair.
