International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed explained to fellow Malaysians that Malaysia is allowed to withdraw from Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement without having to pay any penalty to allay fear on the pact during the TPPA cost and benefits briefing on Sunday.
