今屆立法會拉布不斷，早前在《醫生註冊（修訂）條例草案》中不斷拉布的醫學界立法會議員梁家騮，出席港台節目《城市論壇》時指，是否拉布是要看情況，形容今次草案有如「蝴蝶效應」，如獲通過，令一個半個不合格醫生輸入本港，可能害死病人，面對如此法案，會毫不猶豫拉布。
