《成報》昨再在頭版刊登社評，指香港亂局源於「亂港四人幫」，包括特首梁振英、中聯辦主任張曉明，和大公文匯傳媒集團董事長姜在忠，再四人幫的頭目仍未出現。文章指，梁振英等人為重慶前市委書記薄熙來的追隨者，雖然國家主席習近平大力反貪，但他們現已在香港建起「避風港」，目標是要自製鬧劇，以鞏固在港的操控權，「為現任中央領導添煩添亂」。
