【本報訊】周六就是香港回歸20周年，特首梁振英落任，由林鄭月娥接任。前港督彭定康昨日於倫敦接受《蘋果日報》訪問，他坦言在梁振英治下5年，香港人對未來前途存疑；他促林鄭月娥做「香港於北京的代言人，而非北京於香港的代言人（Hong Kong spokesperson in Beijing, rather than Beijing spokesperson in Hong Kong）」。
彭定康於倫敦時間周一早上舉行新書《First Confession》（首次告白）記者會，及後接受《蘋果日報》訪問。5年前梁振英成為特首，他指「不知是否因他做過的事，在梁振英治下，我不會覺得香港對未來變得更有信心」，但其功過則留待港人評價。
