曾因觸犯刑事恐嚇及恐嚇感化官被捕、原名劉駿軒的網民「劉馬車」，昨日於其facebook專頁上載短片，指自己於港鐵巧遇黃之鋒，因不值其佔領所為而上前理論，其後兩名中年男子認為「劉馬車」拍片而感到被滋擾，雙方發生口角，令狙擊事件轉移到「劉馬車」與乘客之爭。
