有30年歷史、被動漫迷戲稱為「賊船」的日本水貨玩具及刊物店「宇宙船animate」，宣佈本月底至下月初結束旺角信和中心等地的3間分店，只有位於灣仔動漫基地的分店繼續營業。不少熟客趁信和分店結業前趕往掃貨。

「宇宙船animate」1985年開業，是第一批在港售日本水貨玩具、手辦模型及動漫刊物的店舖。本港不少動漫迷都光顧多年。「宇宙船animate」近年共開了4間分店，包括位於旺角信和中心的兩間分店、位於太子聯合廣場的分店及灣仔動漫基地的分店。
