【本報訊】政府昨日公佈「明日大嶼」計劃的工程造價估算，金額高達6,240億元，成為本港史上最貴基建項目，是90年代玫瑰園計劃開支的四倍，平均每名港人須負擔83,395元。這筆公帑將會用作在交椅洲興建1,000公頃人工島、欣澳及龍鼓灘填海、屯門沿海發展區，及相關交通基建。
