超級區議會功能組別共有9張名單，6張泛民、3張建制派，學者多次預示泛民「攬炒」機會極高，呼籲泛民選民要棄保，才有望保住3席。建制派今年則派出穩陣陣式，決定要報上屆一戰之仇，奪取3席，力壓泛民。而人民力量今年不再呼籲支持杯葛超級區議會，預計上屆8萬白票、廢票或有望釋放，左右選情。
