想提升跑步表現,可練習現時十分流行的馬克操。中大矯形外科及創傷學系講師李韋煜博士表示,馬克操是一套簡單的跑步技術訓練,依照跑步的動作拆解成無數個單項動作。透過進行這些單項動作訓練,例如擺臂、抬腿、蹬腿、跳躍、抓地等,持續做有助改善跑姿及提升跑步速度,跑步新手也可以嘗試。馬克操適合於跑步熱身時進行,常見的初階動作包括前踢腿、高抬腿跑及摺叠腿等。若想學習其他進階動作,建議可找專業跑步教練指導。
