經常喋喋不休兼大聲說話,不單容易惹人討厭,更要小心聲帶受損,導致聲沙、喉嚨乾,甚至失聲等聲帶發炎症狀,上班族因工作需經常說話如教師及律師等,日常也要注意保護聲線。耳鼻喉科醫生建議每講15分鐘便飲1杯暖水稍為休息,有助減少聲帶勞損。平時要避免大聲說話、少吃煎炸油膩或過熱食物及甜食,多飲水都對護聲也有有益。
