【本報訊】大圍「名城」賣樓騙案，警方先後拘捕3名疑犯，其中一名男子銷聲匿迹7個月，前晚在深水埗醫局街見女友時，被埋伏探員拘捕。但案中主謀仍逍遙法外，案中買家被騙去的290萬元定金仍未尋回，負責買賣的中原地產表示願意承擔苦主的定金損失。
