【本報訊】近年樓價癲升，車位亦並駕齊驅，地產商當然不會放過搵錢機會。九龍塘豪宅畢架山峰發展商信和集團，本月初突然向近200名業主發信，表示決定出售屋苑185個車位，部份索價高達380萬元。有業主不滿只有12日考慮太倉卒，並指發展商違反「車位只租不賣」口頭承諾。昨晚發展商同意減價5%及延期銷售兩星期。
