【本報訊】年逾80、拒申領綜援的生果小販盧銀娟，因其小販牌照所限，開檔70年來每天都要朝桁晚拆。兩年前盧婆婆搬貨時跌傷手骨，加上患腦退化症的丈夫病況惡化，「淨係記得我同呢度」，遂向食環署申請轉成固定牌，盼減少搬抬，繼續自力更生，卻遭署方一口拒絕。有議員冀署方酌情處理，惟署方指現時無轉牌政策。
