【本報訊】二○一二年國慶夜南丫海難，港九小輪海泰號撞向港燈船南丫IV號，南丫IV號沉沒，致三十九人罹難，兩名船長被刑事起訴。經過逾六十天聆訊，陪審團昨裁定海泰號船長誤殺及危害他人海上安全罪均成立，至於南丫IV號船長則全部誤殺罪脫，但危害他人海上安全罪成。兩人還柙至下周一判刑。
