【本報訊】上水昨有專線小巴司機涉嫌容許女童操控俗稱「波棍」的手動變速器干擾行車，從乘客拍下的7分鐘片段，手攬毛公仔女童坐在司機身旁，涉嫌多次出手操控波棍，更說「佢捉住我隻手教我！小童免費學車！」律師指事件中司機及女童均違法，其中司機可被控危險駕駛，女童則涉無牌駕駛。
