隨著張如城呼籲「Open The Sky」，天上的紅日之火亦殺到。天文台早前宣報，6月24至27號一連四日，錄得35度以上高溫；看來我們又進入中暑高峰期。遇上有人在室外中暑，我們一般都知道要帶他到陰涼地方休息，其實你還可以做幾項簡單急救替患者降溫。
