【本報訊】內地旅客最愛到銅鑼灣、尖沙嘴「掃貨」，曾一度令旺區商舖租值狂升。但近年自由行威力減退、消費模式改變等，差餉物業估價署最新的重估差餉租值顯示，銅鑼灣多個商舖租值均錄得跌幅，其中羅素街有地舖下年度租值按年跌兩成，景隆街更有地舖租值按年急跌近四成；尖沙嘴加連威老道短短約300米更有多達18間吉舖。
