【本報訊】房委會及房協3,677個資助房屋單位上月底開始揀樓，開售約一個月，只有907個單位成交，僅賣出兩成半單位，銷情可謂慘淡，綠表買家甩底率更高達6成。據悉，房委會最快10月推售新蒲崗「綠置居」約857個單位，只限公屋綠表人士申請。公屋聯會主席王坤指，今期居屋售價太貴，綠表公屋戶寧申請樓價更平的綠置居。
