【本報訊】內地近月收緊進口廢紙批文，在葵涌的醉酒灣裝卸區積壓逾千噸廢紙未能出口，有回收商指，一旦用盡現有批文餘額，碼頭最快3日內便爆滿，無法再存放廢紙。受新政策影響，有街邊回收舖3日內兩度下調廢紙回收價，由上周日每公斤7毫下調至周一6毫，周二起再下調至5毫，跌幅近三成。
