【本報訊】公民黨成員曾健超去年10月疑在金鐘添馬公園一處暗角被七警濫用私刑虐打，高院昨批出許可，讓曾健超就警務處處長拒絕提供涉事警員名單進行司法覆核，惟有關索償要求則拒絕受理。法官指示，與訟雙方須在下周1前，傾妥正式聆訊安排。
