【本報訊】報稱遭擄走及虐打的民主黨黨員林子健，突然被警方以涉嫌誤導警務人員拘捕。事態發展令民主黨始料不及，昨早召開緊急中委會商討對策，會後黨主席胡志偉見記者，未有回應會否道歉，強調當日該黨多位前高層及議員陪同林召開記者會，是真心誠意相信身體已受傷的林，是從保護他人身安全角度出發。當日陪同林子健見記者的何俊仁，對由投訴人變為疑犯感驚訝，又稱林向他多次強調不會做出賣民主黨的事。
