香港中文大學有人將幾十架共享單車上鎖「私有化」？讀者黃小姐稱她近日見到中文大學中大教研樓附近泊咗好多GoBee Bike喺度，佢諗住租嚟踩吓，點知去到時卻發現超過廿架共享單車俾人用鐵鏈額外上咗鎖，好似私有化咗咁，懷疑有人違規。
