【本報訊】警方沿用多年的定額罰款告票（俗稱「牛肉乾」），專家指是近乎零保安的舊式設計，僅使用普通紙張印刷，繳費用的「barcode」（條碼）亦很容易複印或複製，故要偽造或複製「牛肉乾」可說無難度。電腦保安專家賴灼東認為警方有需要加強保安，包括在告票上的電子繳款號碼加上被抄牌車輛的車牌號碼（數字部份），市民收到假告票時，一眼便可識破假告票與自己無關。
