【本報訊】前任及現任特首均以房屋政策為施政重中之重，不過本港樓市仍然升不停。滙豐銀行前主席艾爾敦（David Eldon）接受專訪時說，雖然樓價已經超高，但實質需求特別是非豪宅物業市場仍非常強勁，「樓價兩三年內都不會回落」。
