【白色恐怖】

「高登仔」在網上鼓吹他人到旺角參與非法集會、衝擊警方及癱瘓鐵路，前晚被警方以涉嫌「有犯罪或不誠實意圖而取用電腦」罪名拘捕。立法會資訊科技界議員莫乃光指有關罪行是「萬能key」，不論偷拍裙底或非法集會都可引用，憂慮當局因容易舉證而濫用。
