【本報訊】本港私樓潛在供應量再創新高！運房局昨公佈最新一手私人住宅供應統計數據，截至今年3月底，未來3至4年的一手私人住宅供應量預計為7.8萬個單位，是政府自2004年9月起有紀錄11年以來新高，按季計增加4,000伙，並連續8季處於7萬伙以上水平。專家指年內供應量有可能衝破8萬伙，但提醒市民不應期望貨多就可以令樓價下跌。
