【本報訊】食環署徵詢律政司意見後，昨撤銷檢控以1元賣紙皮予菲傭的75歲朱婆婆。連日茶飯不思的朱婆婆終放下心頭大石，怒指食環署「明蝦阿婆」，若非社會各界關注，絕不能討回公道。食衞局局長高永文昨稱食環人員執法時須情理兼備，一直協助朱婆婆的區議員要求高永文道歉。
