「而家你公司邊個人識講英文？」「冇人識英文。」「黐X線公司！」呢段錄音，相信唔少網民都記得，但你可能估唔到，「唔識英文」而出醜嘅，竟然輪到特區政府。鄰近上水市中心石湖墟同上水港鐵站嘅上水花園第四號，有網民發現，裡面有件慶回歸藝術裝置，上面嘅logo竟然寫錯英文，將「21st」誤植為「21th」。
