【本報訊】林鄭月娥首度以特首身份發表的新年賀辭昨天播出，因應九巴奪命車禍，短片內容進行微調，服飾及背景均有改動，短片以警犬為主角，林鄭指警隊內的警犬是警察的好拍檔，讚賞牠們盡忠職守，協助警察維持治安。此外，美國和加拿大總領事也有透過短片向港澳市民拜年。
