炎夏嘆凍飲透心涼，但不少人埋怨食肆凍飲太多冰，有呃秤之嫌。美國一女子早前入稟控告星巴克凍飲太多冰，令飲料只餘一半份量。香港原來亦「超英趕美」，《蘋果》到7間連鎖食肆量度冰塊與飲料比例，結果McCafé最多冰，一杯凍飲冰量幾乎佔去總容量一半。
