【本報訊】亞視（ATV）易主予山東商人司榮彬的買賣疑涉偷步交易。亞視執董葉家寶及獲法庭委任為亞視經理人的黎嘉恩先後公開宣佈，亞視已完成將41.66%權益售予新投資者，但商務及經濟發展局局長蘇錦樑昨回應，電視牌照持有人在股權變動前，必須獲通訊局批准。
