【本報訊】短期租屋平台Airbnb猶如另一個Uber，直接衝擊各地酒店業，平台為港人外遊住宿提供另類選擇及省錢，亦令出租者獲高於市值逾15%的回報。惟旅客大讚Airbnb之餘，亦要留意平台的缺陷，例如付款前資料不全，以及須花時間商討入住安排。本報記者試住一間高評分單位，雖然設備齊全，但單位是舊樓劏房兼隔音一般。
