【本報訊】在雙學三子案判語中狠批「一些有識之士鼓吹『違法達義』的口號，鼓勵他人犯法」的上訴庭副庭長楊振權，被揭前年曾出席由民建聯前成員陳曼琪任創會會長的香港中小型律師行協會聖誕酒會。有法律學者認為，若法官知悉有關團體曾涉及政治活動，「作為法官應該避嫌嘅，但唔應該假設佢知道晒咁多嘢」。
