【本報訊】雖然農場雞隻不能出售，但農場每日都會收集新鮮本地蛋向外出售。嘉道理農場高級永續農業主任譚業成指，雞舍每日平均生產200隻雞蛋，經清潔及包裝後約有30至40盒，每日早上10時運送到小賣部發售。他指，不少人一早便在小賣店外排隊等候雞蛋，一個早上便將所有雞蛋一掃而空。
