【本報訊】財政預算案公佈今年繼續向經濟上有需要學生發放一筆過津貼，並由去年的2,000元加碼至2,500元，約35.7萬名學生受惠，涉8.93億元開支；另繼續為學校考生代繳文憑試考試費，料4.59萬名考生受惠，涉款1.6億元。
