【本報訊】屹立大圍顯徑邨冬菇亭28年的金城小廚連餅店及茶餐廳，因領展多次加租雙倍，更要其裝修至領展滿意才簽長約，店東林長才抵不住貴租放棄經營。上月尾金城小廚在大圍的私人屋苑重新開業，吸引不少顯徑邨食客。林指，一班熟客投訴新上場的酒樓、餐廳價錢貴，認為「賺錢唔使賺咁盡」，即使裝修費貴，昔日賣19元的叉燒飯，今日也只加1元。
