【尋找首爾的香港】上集提到，居韓十二年的港人張綺蓮Pauline，兩年前與朋友合資在弘大開民宿AP Seoul Guesthouse，她說成本以韓圜來算大約2,500萬，即約17萬港元，而旺季時可月賺5萬港元，換句話說四個月便回本。
