【本報訊】樓價高企令基層住屋環境不斷惡化，旺角近日有業主以低至1500元出租3層高碌架床的床位，15個床位設於約150平方呎的劏房內，住客坐在床上不單「坐唔直」，連轉身也有難度，更要十多人共用一廁所，慘不忍睹。《蘋果》並發現上述劏房疑屬非法的無牌床位寓所，民政事務總署正跟進中。
