【本報訊】每日單腳跳兩分鐘有助增強骨質?英國一項最新醫學研究發現,中年及老年男士每日單腳跳兩分鐘,維持一年,骨量及骨質密度均有上升。做單腳跳前,骨量及骨質密度越低的身體位置,做單腳跳後密度升幅越大,研究認為單腳跳能減低跌倒後骨折風險。
