【本報訊】律政司司長鄭若驊的獨立屋被揭發有多處僭建，因證據不足而甩身，最終僅其夫潘樂陶被告，但她涉嫌隱瞞僭建地庫向銀行申請按揭，有可能觸犯《盜竊條例》，律政司至今未有交代。有政黨早於今年1月已向警方舉報，惟事隔近一年，警方仍稱調查中，有立法會議員質疑警方「先拖延，繼而放生」，促律政司盡快交代。
