唔肥都會有肚腩?原來盆骨過度前傾,都可引致腰部向前,形成「假肚腩」,尤其平日缺乏運動人士。亞洲運動及體適能專業學院(AASFP)課程總監兼物理治療師周錦浩表示,腰部向前會令腹肌被拉長,不但影響腹肌收縮,還會令腹肌看來比較鬆弛。若能多做盆骨後傾動作,有助腹肌收緊。市民要踢走假肚腩,就要多鍛煉腹部肌肉,包括進行收腹、盆骨向後傾的練習。如本身因脂肪積聚形成肚腩,就要透過有氧運動,配合飲食調控及腹肌鍛煉,幫助燃燒脂肪。
