本港三日內發生兩宗學生自殺事件，繼上周六（5日）中文大學醫學院三年級女生墮樓身亡後，一名15歲中四男生疑熱愛運動卻不愛讀書，昨凌晨向母親發出WhatsApp死亡短訊後，被發現在黃大仙竹園南邨商場平台墮樓斃命。這是去年9月新學年開始，發生第18宗學生自殺身亡悲劇。教育局對事件表示難過；學者則擔憂自殺風氣蔓延。
