【本報訊】積極考慮出選新界東的上水鄉事委員會主席侯志強，昨在鄉議局召開「志強茶敍」收集意見，近300名新界人到場，新界鄉議局執委、鄉議局前主席劉皇發妹夫薛浩然、十八鄉鄉事委員會主席梁福元等人到場支持，強調港澳辦和中聯辦至今未有勸他不要參選，又反駁民建聯指他參選會導致兩敗俱傷的說法，反指若對得住選民，「使乜驚人搶你票？
