随着双补选即将来开序幕，净选盟促请选委会确保杜绝选举买票等贿选行为。净选盟主席玛丽亚陈认为，选委会经常认为对付买票行为是反贪会的责任，但反贪会却认为该机构不负责选举，双方互相推卸责任。
