【本報訊】保險條文不清易惹爭拗。保險索償投訴局去年接獲535宗投訴，按年增12%，主要涉保單條款的字眼詮釋爭議。醫療住院保險投訴最多，佔處理個案總數47%，其次是旅遊與人壽及危疾保險。有意外保險索賠個案涉及「註冊醫生」定義爭拗，投訴人因跌傷腰背接受中醫治療，惟保險公司認為註冊醫生不包括註冊中醫，投保人最終無法獲7,000元賠償。
