食物及衞生局局長高永文醫生，昨晨在上水為長跑比賽擔任主禮嘉賓，並參加兩公里「歡樂跑」，結果卻出現不歡樂的受傷意外。他起跑後不足幾秒，給一名跌倒的男童絆腳，高醫生隨即失重心向前仆，額頭、面部及嘴唇受傷送院，敷治後雖已出院，料要休息至少兩星期。
