【本報訊】近年政府、發展商覓地起樓「見縫插針」，有元朗區區議員指，有發展商擬將「插針樓」安插在新鴻基屋苑兩棟樓宇中間的小型土地，三棟樓並排而立，勢變「握手樓」，且充當後排大型屋苑的屏風。同時，由於擬建插針樓的地皮兩成面積為政府官地，議員批評政府透過換地計劃，向單一發展商「輸送利益」。
